Bakrieland Will Develop a Strategic Partnership and Right Issue to Expand Business

PT Bakrieland Development Tbk (Bakrieland) will enter into a joint operation with several strategic partners and offer rights issue in its efforts to develop its various property and infrastructure projects. President Director & CEO of Bakrieland, Hiramsyah S. Thaib, confirms that through such strategic partnerships, Bakrieland plans to downsize the amount of Rights Issue, initially proposed at Rp 5.4 trillion to Rp 3.2 trillion. “This decision is made following a series of meetings with both local and foreign investors in anticipation of a booming property market in the next five years,” Hiramsyah affirms.
