Sentra Timur Residence is a subsidized apartment project of Bakrieland in cooperation with Perum Perumnas, built on a 3-ha land area within the 30-ha Sentra Primer Baru Timur superblock located in East Jakarta area of Pulo Gebang.  Bakrieland’s involvement in the low-cost housing development project for low-income communities, is a manifestation of its active role in supporting the government’s agenda of developing 1,000 towers.

Sentra Timur Residence masterplan consists of 11 Towers with approximately 4,500 units.  The development is executed in stages, with the first stage to complete three towers consisting of 1.327 units.
