Bakrieland Opens Integrated Kanci-Pejagan Toll Road
The operation of the Kanci-Pejagan Integrated Toll Road was officially opened on Tuesday, January 26, 2010, by the President of the Republic Indonesia Bapak Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY).  As the only Trans Java‘s toll road strip completed during the 100-Days Program of the Indonesia Bersatu II Cabinet, the inauguration ceremony was attended by such Ministers as The Minister of Public Works Djoko Kirmanto, The Minister of Transportation Freddy Numberi, The Minister of Youth and Sports Affairs Andi Mallarangeng and The Coordinating Minister for People’s Welfare Agung laksono.

The 35-km Kanci-Pejagan toll road, built with a total investment of Rp. 2.2 trillion, will be operated and maintained through one of its business unit under PT Bakrie Toll Road, as the concession owner

In addition to Kanci – Pejagan, BTR also has the right to take over companies owning the concession to develop, operate and maintain 4 other toll road strips, namely the Pejagan-Pemalang, Batang-Semarang, Pasuruan-Probolinggo and Ciawi-Sukabumi.
