August 12, 2009 – PT Bakrieland Development Tbk (Bakrieland, ELTY.IJ, ELTY.JK) has managed to achieve the 1st position in 2008 Annual Report Award for Listed Non-Financial Private Category presented by Capital Market Supervisory Agency, in cooperation with Indonesia Stock Exchange, Bank Indonesia, Ministry of State-owned Enterprise, National Committee for Good Corporate Governance, The Indonesian Institute of Accountants and Directorate General of Tax.

Annual report Award, which is considered as the top award event for Good Corporate Governance in the country, has been staged for the 7th times since it was started in 2001.

This achievement reflects Bakrieland’s high commitment in assuring Good Corporate Governance through the Company’s actions and operational systems in order to be transparent and independent Company.

This award is another addition to a series of outstanding achievement awards received by Bakrieland, and just right after 2009 GCG award presented by Indonesia Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD) in cooperation with Business Review.
