Introducing the Wave at Rasuna Epicentrum |
Jakarta, January 17th 2008 – PT. Bakrieland Development Tbk introduces ”The Wave at Rasuna Epicentrum ”, the company’s newest product with eco friendly design as a part of Bakrieland’s commitment to go green.
The Wave implements green architecture concept by developing green public area up to 70% from its 3,5 hectare area. ”Our previous product, The 18th Residence Taman Rasuna has been sold out. Consisting of 2 towers – North and South - with total 750 units, now we are handing over of North Tower units. Starting from Rp. 300 millions, The Wave targets middle upper market. The Wave also has water treatment technology to recycle and reuse water. By developing The Wave at Rasuna Epicentrum, PT. The Wave consists of low rise apartment and high rise apartment with total 1.900 units.
