November 10th 2007 - Bakrieland Launches The Balikpapan Nirwana Suites & Residences (BNSR). Developed on 2.8 ha of land, BNSR is the first combination of serviced residences and hotel suites in Balikpapan-Kalimantan.
Bakrieland launches its new condo project called as The Grove Suites. The Gove Suites, a 5-star strata hotel, will be managed by Grand Aston International. The total unit for this project is approximately 150 units.
