March 19th 2008 – Bakrieland carried out the topping off of the Legian Nirwana Suites (LNS) located in Kuta, Bali. LNS is a four-star strata hotel with 300 units and will be managed by Accor Hotel Management.
February 22nd 2008 - Bakrieland launches its new condo tower called as the Sand. The Sand aiming middle upper market is a part of the Wave at Rasuna Epicentrum, the company’s newest condo project with eco friendly design. The total unit for the Sand is approximately 325 units.
