Jakarta, 1 August 2008: Indonesia Government will establish property ownership policy for foreign citizens by the end of this year or beginning of 2009 at the latest, after studying the proposal of Central Leadership Board of Indonesian Real-estate Association (DPP REI).
The land acquisition method of Kanci-Pejagan Toll Road under Bakrie Group through PT Semesta Marga Raya will become the Government model for land acquisition acceleration of other Trans Java Toll Roads. “The land acquisition of Kanci-Pejagan Toll Road will be the model because it’s faster than its schedule” said Directorate General of Bina Marga Public Works Department, Hermanto Dardak.
